Lake Isabella

Lake Isabella

So I’m not setting up my blog postings in the same order as how they happened in the real world.  Oh well!  We recently went to a place called Sandy Hill (campground) near Lake Isabella, CA.  Lots of rock scrambling opportunities along a pretty little river, and plenty of hiking nearby as well. Joshua Tree

Joshua Tree

Last week was spent in Joshua Tree, and that place is really easy to photo.  We stayed in BLM Joshua Tree South, and that worked out just fine. Continue reading Joshua Tree

Agua Caliente Road

Agua Caliente Road

Granite Gap

Granite Gap

The Full Trio – and a dust storm!

Picked up the trailer this morning, traveled for a bit, found another great boondocking site, and then my first dust storm! Continue reading The Full Trio – and a dust storm!

Organ Mountains

Organ Mountains

Today has been a well-lived day!  Adventures from dawn to dusk, and a nice quiet place to lay my head to sleep tonight.  It’s all good. Continue reading Organ Mountains
